“I had to wait nearly an hour for an upgraded room which I hadn’t requested. When the desk clerk explained, I asked for a standard room which was ready. She was very polite and helpful. I REALLY dislike the half-door shower enclosure! Not only does one side of the body stay cold while the other is warm, but the soap & shampoo is at the cold end of the space. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. I really appreciated the breakfasts and the Wednesday evening glass of wine. ”

“This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. ”

“We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!”

“Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life.”
