Hotel vicino a Contessa Wine Cellars - Coloma

“Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that...

“The bathroom ceiling look like it had collapsed, and someone did a half way job spackling it up still look like it was gonna cave in. The air vents were all molded. The phone didn’t even have a cord when I tried to call for the desk to bring an extra blanket when I told the downstairs desk attendant that the phone didn’t even have a cord he nodded that he knew. the trimming around the window was molded and coming undone. It was very creepy. if I could’ve got my money back, I would’ve left as...

“The stay was wonderful. We checked in early and our room was ready. The hotel has a rustic charm to it. Excellent service from all staff.”

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“The room was big and clean. The hallways weren't as clean as the room. The breakfast was good! Our only issue was everytime we came or left there were workers at the doorways smoking and we are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke. We could also smell it in the hallways since they were smoking so close to the doors. We know this is a dedicated smoking area so a suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the hotel so guests don't have to walk through smoke.”

“Place very dirty and unsafe Drug dealers in the parking Pool closed since 2020 by public health department Smell everywhere (urine, smoke..) No breakfast It is not a place for tourists or business but only for locals [with "special" lifestyle) We ran away after 1 hour, we lost fare but it is impossible to stay”

“The breakfast was amazing and the staff taking care of it was as well. The stay was wonderful but they did not have any snack/vending machines as well as any water and pop machines anywhere. We had to go to a shell station to pick up some beverages. We couldn’t even make coffee in our room due to the fact there was no water at all in the hotel to make coffee. ”
