“Was charged extra for Waterpark which was never explained and doesnt make any sense for the price to stay expedia failed for that and hotel wanted to charge 45 per person not happy at all”

“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer.
