“The staff was extremely friendly, checkin was a breeze. Our suite was beautiful. We were shocked to see all the amenities the room included that were not listed. Breakfast could have been a bit better with some more options. Other than that our only complaint was not having the infant crib we requested for the room but thankfully we brought our own as a back up. Excellent hotel overall. It was right next to a Funplex so double to fun without having to go far ”

“Do NOT stay at this property. The pictures are inaccurate, and the sign indicates it is a MOTEL, not a hotel. It was unsafe with people loitering in the parking lot. The employees at check in were behind glass. My daughter and I did not feel safe and had to leave to find a different hotel. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to assist, even though we did not stay, putting our safety first.”
