Ciao, sono cresciuto a Cooperstown e sono un appaltatore generale. Mia moglie è un'insegnante di scuola e abbiamo cresciuto i nostri figli a Cooperstown, "America's Perfect Village". Poni qualsiasi domanda sulla zona e dovrei essere in grado di darti alcune buone informazioni.

Questa casa / proprietà è uno dei più grandi scoppi per il tuo dollaro. È ben tenuto, pulito, aggiornato, spazioso dentro e fuori, e una solida casa / proprietà da affittare per la settimana dei sogni. Questa casa si trova a 3 minuti da Cooperstown BHOF e 8 minuti da Dreams Park. Rilassati attorno al focolare all'aperto a gas nel nostro nuovo patio, tavolo da ping-pong all'aperto, Bag'O (corn-hole) e altro ancora. La proprietà privata di 40 + acri ha spazio per esplorare nella zona leggermente boscosa. C'è un cortile a livello con un patio completo di arredi per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi. Notare che; Abbiamo affittato questa casa per oltre 10 anni, con tutte le recensioni a 5 stelle, ma non volevamo che tu pagassi più tutte le tasse, quindi ti stiamo trasferendo i risparmi e lo inseriamo qui. Questa casa dispone di 3 aree salotto separate, ognuna con TV e una grande sala da pranzo. Una delle aree salotto della TV si trova nella camera doppia - una posizione ideale per i bambini di avere uno spazio tutto loro. Cornish Hill è a soli 1-3 miglia da così tanto; BHOF, Lago Otsego, Clark Sports Centre, Super Market, Sentieri per trekking, Ristoranti, Birreria Ommegang, Birrificio Red-Shed e molto altro. 2 minuti fuori dal villaggio di Cooperstown, quindi è molto tranquillo.

Sarebbe difficile trovare un posto migliore per chiamare casa a questo prezzo ragionevole. La casa E la posizione sono fantastiche. Ho affittato questa casa per oltre 10 anni e ho messo le mie recensioni qui sotto. Se hai un certificato nonno, fammelo sapere prima del 1 ° ottobre e ti spiegherò come può funzionare la prenotazione.

Cornish Hill ha superato le nostre aspettative! Avevamo 3 famiglie ed era la dimensione perfetta! Ci torneremmo assolutamente! I bambini hanno adorato il laghetto e il giardino. Abbiamo organizzato una riunione di gruppo e c'era spazio più che sufficiente per consentire a tutti di distendersi e rilassarsi!

Questa proprietà è stata perfetta per le nostre tre famiglie che hanno condiviso per la settimana. L'host era accogliente ed era in giro per verificare eventuali problemi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a qualsiasi famiglia o famiglia che visiterà la zona.

House era molto spaziosa. Mi è piaciuta la posizione e il cortile. House era completamente rifornito di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e Dan era prontamente disponibile per rispondere alle domande e dare una mano quando il WiFi non era cooperativo.

Ho già consigliato alla famiglia per il prossimo anno. Stanno solo aspettando di ricevere il loro preavviso di una settimana. È stato molto ben descritto e abbiamo scoperto che le foto erano vere, l'unica cosa che non veniva mostrata era il lago, ma andava tutto bene. I bambini e papà lo adoravano ... avevano anche spazio per la tenda per mio nipote di provare una nuova tenda Per il suo primo ben attrezzato e facile da raggiungere e da ... Lo amo.

Siamo rimasti tutti incuriositi dalla storia / età della casa. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo! La proprietà era ben tenuta e i miei nipoti e i miei amici adoravano pescare nello stagno ... pescavano molti pesci ma li rilasciavano. Prima proprietà che ho affittato che forniva tutti i prodotti di carta, lavastoviglie e sapone per lavatrice. Una bella sorpresa. Il mio unico suggerimento sarebbe quello di aggiungere portasciugamani in tutti i bagni

Questa è stata una grande casa. Perfetto per tre famiglie. Molto rilassante, aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno insieme a un'ottima posizione in città, Dreams Park e altre attrazioni. Il proprietario Dan era l'ospite più gentile e disponibile che avremmo potuto desiderare. Consiglio vivamente!

Molto spazioso per più famiglie. Stagno ideale per la pesca. I bambini hanno catturato un sacco di pesci, super divertente. La cucina era ben imbottita. Griglia a gas in ottimo stato di funzionamento. Casa pulita e aggiornata. Il proprietario, Daniel, ci ha fatto molto più coperte. Posizione vicino a Dreams Park, ma non troppo vicino. Bellissimo rifugio.

Ottima struttura - tranquilla e lontana dall'attività del Dreams Park. Goduto il tempo di riposare e rilassarsi tra i giochi. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione - un ambiente magnifico - molto confortevole. Mi è piaciuto molto il sentimento storico della casa - arredamento, pavimenti e layout. È stato perfetto per noi 10 e le nostre famiglie! I bambini adoravano il laghetto da pesca.

La mia famiglia adorava Cornish Hill Farms. Era proprio come nelle foto. Lo stagno da pesca è stato un grande successo. Ci è piaciuto guardare fuori dalle finestre solo vedendo altre case. Nel settore immobiliare, dicono posizione, posizione e posizione. Era tra il campo da baseball e i negozi del centro ea circa tre minuti dal negozio di alimentari. Il proprietario della casa ci ha permesso di fare il check-in poche ore in anticipo perché eravamo in città e la proprietà era pronta. Ci siamo sentiti a casa ed eravamo così a nostro agio.

Questa casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La posizione tra Dream Park e Downtown Cooperstown era perfetta. Lo stagno per la pesca era eccezionale. Il portico posteriore era eccezionale.(è necessario mostrare una foto) Luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di baseball. Internet deve essere più veloce. Non è possibile riprodurre in streaming l'ultimo gioco giovedì sera a causa di un accesso a Internet scadente. Altrimenti era tutto perfetto. Il proprietario era gentile e tenuto in contatto ogni giorno. Sono contento di aver scelto questo noleggio. È stata una delle parti migliori dell'esperienza di Dream Park e Cooperstown.

Second time we have stayed at this property. Plenty of room and beds for all of us with a number of rooms for us to all congregate in. Quiet secluded area but only minutes to downtown Cooperstown.

Overall a great stay. Good location. Owner/manager was quick to get back to us and very communicative. A couple negatives, There is no soap in any of the showers which was annoying. Also no shampoo/conditioner. I brought shampoo but no one else did. No one brought soap or body wash expecting tit to be there. The kitchen is stocked well but no oils to cook with which I realize is not required but in other houses we’ve stayed in always there. Also there was no dish soap which should be required. The house is large and can accommodate a large party which is great.

Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown!

Our group of 10 held our yearly fantasy baseball draft in conjunction with a hall of fame visit for a complete baseball weekend. We loved the property and the host Dan was extremely helpful. Wish we weren't digging ourselves out of 6 inches of snow on the morning we left, but you can't stop Mother Nature. Thank you Dan for a wonderful experience.

This rustic setting was a perfect base for three couples to enjoy autumn leaves, the quaint village of Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy; the kitchen is well equipped for making meals; and the first floor bedroom and bath made this home accessible for my semi-ambulatory wife. Hosts were responsive to inquiries. Only wish the weather was a bit better, and the fish in the pond were easier to catch.

We were up to bury our Mother's Ashes nearby. The property more than accomodated the 9 of us. It was a beautiful property. Dan was quick to reply to questions! We would happily return!

We loved our stay at Cornish Hill. We had 4 baseball families join us during our sons Cooperstown Tournament and staying at this house was the cherry on-top of our experience. Highly recommended!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent layout for our group of 12. Used the gas grill for lunch, the gas fire pit for evening conversation. Plenty of parking and well lit drive.

Spent a weekend exploring the area with family for my son’s 7th birthday. Lovely home and property- the kids had a blast fishing and running around the property! The homeowners couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Appreciated the well stocked home! Super close to Cooperstown village too!

House was clean and well maintained with a historic feel. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable heat, and very helpful owners. Very close to downtown Cooperstown. We visited over New Year’s weekend and the house had perfect little bits of holiday decor which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was a little bit of a muddy driveway, due to gravel being a little worn and getting a lot of rain the first couple days of our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend for families. Was also easy for my elderly mother to get in and out of house with one small step to get in and out and a perfect bedroom and bath on the first floor for her.

Such an amazing and seemless vacation! Our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was such a great location to the fields and downtown. We enjoyed our nights on the back patio with the gorgeous view and on the front patio around the fire pit. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Our group had a great time at 493 Cornish Hill Way. The house met all our expectations. Very clean and provided necessity items which was super helpful that we didn’t have to run to a market before arriving. The property manager Dan was great with communication. 33 minutes away from Oneonta; All -Star Village. When we booked we thought boys were playing in Cooperstown which is only 6 minutes from house. Lovely-cute town. All baseball.

We rented this property while our 12 year olds played at All-Star Village. The yard, firepit and back porch were perfect outdoor spots for conversation. There were plenty of places for folks to either chat or find a quiet corner to read or relax. The bedrooms are large & comfortable. Thanks, Dan & Matthew!

We absolutely loved our stay! It began with a friendly phone call from the property manager. He gave us great recommendations for food which did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless and very accommodating. The house/ property has beautiful curb appeal! We spent every night by the fire pit and playing corn hole on the grass. The inside of the house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! My whole family commented on the cleanliness of the house. In addition, it was fully stocked from pots/pants, to 2 coffee makers, to plenty of towels, games, etc. The house was close to town which made it easy to come and go as we please. If I could give the house more than 5 stars I would and will definitely be returning!

The property is amazing, the sun set we got when the rain finally stopped was worth the price of admission. We had a group of 10 and it was the perfect size for us all to have a little space. The house is in the perfect location especially if you attend the hall of fame ceremony as it is within walking distance. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

We spent a weekend at the Cooperstown farm house for a family reunion. It was warm, comfortable and inviting home with beautiful views. The house was very clean and had more than enough room and bathrooms for 8 adults and 1 toddler. Dan and Matthew were extremely nice and very accommodating for our schedules. Everyone loved watching the deer wandering over the property. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again.

We had so much fun while visited the area. The house is huge with so many rooms to relax and enjoy our stay. Even just for the weekend it is wort it. The house is located a short drive to Cooperstown, but far enough to enjoy a great upstate outdoor. Highly refomended.

Great house, plenty of space inside and out and very close to town. Very clean, host was very responsive and easy to work with on check in, also provided some great tips on restaurants etc. It made for a great weekend, thanks! We would definitely stay here again.

The House is in terrific condition and updated, clean and had everything we could ask for to stay for the almost 6 weeks we did. The property is a wonderful place, 50 acres of nature including a lake full of fish and wonderful garden that Dan was generous to let us pick from. Our children absolutely loved being part of the natural surroundings and watching Dan do his farming work. Dan and his wife, the owners, are wonderful, generous and kind people and can not say enough about them. An example of how kind- my wife stayed for a couple nights alone in the house and Dan knew she was nervous being alone, so he parked his wife's car in the driveway so it wouldn't look like she was alone-- so incredibly sweet and thoughtful! Our son also absolutely fell in low with talking to Dan and learning about farming which was an invaluable experience for him. We could not have found a more wondrous spot in the world and close to town and restaurants and the Lake/Park/playground, while also very secluded. We highly recommend.

The property, and the family member who manage it, are really lovely. The house was perfect for our 3 families visiting - very spacious, and the layout made it very easy to have multiple solutions to how to sleep 3 pairs of adults, and their 5 children plus 2 infants. At no point did we feel cramped, lots of space. The property was also lots of fun - lots of space to run around, and the pond was beautiful and surprisingly free of bugs. We would stay again!
