“We booked this hotel because it looked clean. It wasn't. It looked and smelled dingy. The bathroom was dirty, not sure if it had been cleaned. We ended leaving and staying at Crowne Plaza, which was a much nicer choice. ”

“Our bathroom and entry floors were filthy! Crumbs and little black hairs everywhere!! The top of the bathroom counter backsplash had dirt all over it, which can only happen if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. For the price we paid this was unacceptable. Such a bummer because it’s a really nice hotel and we can’t even get a clean bathroom.”
