“Customer Service attendant at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!”

“The gym was available to use but for some reason there was no AC and only heat was on. The front desk said the AC is not working so I had to drive out to a local gym and pay daily to use it when I selected that property to use the gym. The room was missing 2 pillowcases for the sofa bed and missing a towel (3 people in the room). The ice machine was completely missing where it’s supposed to be. They were out of waffle mix both days we were there which disappointed my kids since that’s something...

“Nothing unique about the property or anything that sets it apart from other nearby hotels. They charge for parking so surprise on that.”

“Room was great, amenities were perfect. Two issues were part of the outside walkway ceiling fell and found 2 roaches in our room. Have stayed here multiple times and have never had these issues. Property maintains the property great, must have been an isolated issue.”

“The room was really nice and clean. The furniture was nice. The front desk kept in contact to see if we needed anything. The tv gave you access to streaming apps. You could sign into your Netflix account. It was just a pleasant 3 day stay.”

“This property was full of roaches I had to cancel my 5 days . There were crickets and roaches in the room the most disgusting place I been to yet .”

“First, we were told because we were about 30 minutes early for checking, it was going to cost us $15 additional. We passed on that. Then they were under construction and the place was a mess. Paint spattered everywhere. Nothing Wrong with remodeling, just let customers know so, they can decide if they want to sleep in rooms that be smell like paint.”

“There were beer bottles in the trash can and beer caps on the floor of room. Room looked like it was quickly picked up and not thoroughly cleaned. Different odors throughout the floor I stayed on and not a fresh clean odor.”
