Our last trip however had some sort of broken bed situation. I'm not sure what was going on. It didn't feel sturdy. Every time we get back from competition it's usually about 11 PM and there's no one at the front desk. “The room has a foul smell and the bathroom faucet was broken ”

“Room was not cleaned or sheets changed from previous guest(s). Blood/pus stains and "human debris" in bed. Call to front desk resulted in someone coming up to change bedding (25mins/10:00pm). After we were in (now clean) bedding (11:00p) management offered us another room. Our decline of their offer resulted in management refusing any refund or compensation due to our declination of moving to a new room.”
