“The property was clean, well supplied and maintained. The real problem was that there was no elevator or valet and luggage had to be carried 3-4 flights of stairs. This was noted in the reservation, but much worse for us older people than noted. We will not stay here again until there is either an elevator or valet. “Great family oriented resort. The kids loved the pool and slide. We appreciated the on-site BBQ. We'll definitely be back for more.”

“Very unpleased with the parking situation, I was told the first night there I had to park off location for a higher price than the at location parking. But I could move to location on the second day, I asked if I would be reimbursed for the higher priced off location since it was not only more expensive but was also 1/2 mike away. They were not willing to do that.”

“We stayed in River Bank Lodge 2921. We really enjoyed the large windows in the living area overlooking the river. Just a heads up, the tub/shower is a whirlpool style and requires stepping over an approximately 18" side wall.”
