“Old not well maintained rooms”

“Parking was tight and ac struggled but worse was the plumbing and walking talking just normal sounds that you shouldn't be hearing from next door or next floor ”

“Very cozy home lots of room and kept clean!”

“Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. “Terrible staff, terrible amenities, clogged toilet. Manager asked me to unclog my toilet myself or leave the hotel. Then didn’t give refund. ”

“The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was. ”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. “Great place reasonably priced ”

“I was charged for a nights stay after canceling the reservation with Expedia whom I booked the stay with in plenty of time to avoid the charge. You can be sure that I will never use Expedia or book a room through Baymont again. As a pilot, I'm aware of the penalties for not canceling a reservation having stayed in hotels all my working life.”
