“it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep.”

When I reserved the 2 rooms I thought Ramada had a good reputation, obviously not a high tier hotel but I thought it would at least be clean and properly maintained. I was wrong. “The owner, Jimmy, was such a delightful and gracious host! He made me feel so welcome and safe! The hotel is like an old fashioned rooming house - not super fancy but perfect for crashing in after a long day of touring around with friends and family.
