“Good for short stay, but was not informed about the water being off for maintenance the morning of checking out. Until a returned the key back to the front office. So couldn't wash my face or teeth.”

“The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. They were well worth the hikes up the hill. The staff were so helpful and professional. The front desk staff were so friendly and aided in some suggestions on todo. They also were very gracious in offering rides back up to your room if you didn’t want to walk. “Clean room, close to wharf, restaurants & bars. Could not use coffee provided in room as it seemed to have been expired which we could not use however great coffee shops in the vicinity. Hand basin in the bathroom is quite low & the vanity cupboard protrudes over it.... inconvenient especially for tall people. Room did not have air conditioning but great fans were provided. Basement parking is very safe but not suitable for a lowered car but can park on the street however it is not secure. ”
