“The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The location was perfect, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food. There was also a great grocery store just a 7-minute walk away, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel was clean overall in both the public areas as well as the rooms. The staff was wonderful. Our only 2 issues, which is a big one for our family, were the beds and small rooms The beds were so uncomfortable & hard like a rock. The bedding was very flimsy . I have to make appointments with our chiropractor when we return home. Also, our room was very small and cramped. Other than those two issues, we enjoyed our stay.”

“All’arrivo la struttura è molto bella, maestosa, ci si aspetta lo stesso dalle camere,in realtà non è proprio così, le stanze andrebbero sistemate un pochino meglio nei particolari(poteva valigie rotto, cestino rotto, rubinetto nella vasca rotto). La colazione molto buona e varia, la piscina altrettanto ma ho trovato estremamente assurdo per una catena di questo calibro rientrare in camera e trovare il bagno ancora sporco con capelli a terra, asciugamani parzialmente cambiati, bicchieri sporchi...

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. “Situato nella splendida isoletta di Coronado, la camera è spaziosa anche se andrebbe ammodernata. La ns camera non era silenziosa perché affacciante sulla via principale ed inoltre l'aria condizionata era un pò maleodorante. Colazione migliorabile seppur varia.”

“The hotel and bedroom smells like sewage, it was very unpleasant to endure that all night long. Was surprised to have to pay $70 for overnight parking, $46 destination fee, $25 for breakfast and $5 for WiFi. I have stayed in Motel 6 with much more free amenities than this one. Also, hotel is right next to a train track and you will be hearing it all night long. Bed is comfy of course, but to pay $200 and have no perks but a comfy bed is a Terrible experience and I am definitely not coming back...
