“Hotel was clean and seemed to be fairly new. There is nothing 'walkable', and although the facility seemed secure, the security fencing around the parking area made me a bit leery. ”

Staff is friendly and helpful; food is excellent from the main level dining room/bar to the upscale Bien Shur restaurant on the top floor with stunning views and exceptional food; great wine list with incredible values. Rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed. Can’t beat the views! ”
“I really liked the location of this hotel. The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to get to. I loved how pet friendly the place was, unlike any other hotel weve been to. They even had a "doggy bag" for our pup with a little toy, treats, waste bags and a print out of anything you could possibly need for your dog (vet info, pet supplies).
The breakfast was amazing! There was an awesome oatmeal station and a waffle station. We loved this place so much we booked it again for on our way back...

“The hotel has great amenities including the salt water pool and fitness room. The cafe with food is excellent, especially the weekend buffet. In addition, the location couldn't be better, given that it is adjacent to The Sunnyside Up Cafe and Chilli's. It is also an easy trip to and from the airport. It also has a great vibe with live music on weekend nights. We love this hotel!”

"L’hotel è bello e l’ho scelto appositamente per piscina e ristorante interno (infatti è previsto il pagamento di una resort fee che da diritto all’uso della piscina e del parcheggio). Con mia grande sorpresa, dopo che tutti gli altri hotel prenotati tramite portale mi hanno SEMPRE contattato per qualsiasi comunicazione, al momento di fare il check in mi è stato comunicato che sia piscina che ristorante non erano utilizzabili perché stavano girando un film. A parte la seccatura dato che attrezzature e decine di addetti erano ovunque bloccando anche alcuni passaggi e spazi comuni, avrei gradito di essere avvisato prima di questo inconveniente perché avrei valutato eventualmente altre opzioni. La delusione maggiore e’ stata però al check out, quando con mia grande sorpresa la resort fee mi è stata comunque addebitata. Ho scritto immediatamente all’hotel e sto aspettando tuttora risposta. "

"Hotel con tante stanze non adeguatamente segnalate, non è semplicissimo trovare la tua stanza se non è collocata nell'edificio principale. Check in esaustivo. Stanza grande con forniture buone per un viaggio on the road. Colazione in una sala piccola affollata. Dicrete le proposte della colazione."
"Il posto è molto spartano, la pulizia dei servizi aggiuntivi lasciano molto a desiderare. Non ci siamo svegliati in tempo per provare la colazione quindi non possiamo commentare anche quest’ultima. Unica nota positiva il costo e l’ampio parcheggio gratuito."
