“Do not book this hotel. It is very unsafe, especially for children. Very dirty, smells of smoke, and questionable activity throughout the property. Should not be an establishment! ”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

“The hotel is very out dated and not maintained. Our room had no headboards, but you could still see where they'd taken the old ones off. Our sheets were stained as well as the carpet and walls. The bathroom faucet hot water tap didnt work. It was very noisy on the 4th floor and the elevator...omg....its a death trap!”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

“We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable. We could not even stay in our room and the smell was primarily in the bathroom so we...
