“We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!”

“Appartamento moderno, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina attrezzata, letto comodissimo, due schermi piatti, bagno fantastico. Posizione centralissima, ideale per girare la citta' a piedi. Pulizia ed accoglienza ottime. Un po' rumorosa di notte e la mattina presto, ma niente di imputabile alla struttura. Rumori della strada comuni a tuttè le citta'. Da consigliare a tutti. Noi siamo stati benissimo e lo risceglieremmo.”

“It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.”

“First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. “Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking...

"Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival"
