“Clean room”

“The inn is not worth more than $40 a night stay, even if that. Recommend to anyone looking to find someplace else. I booked through Expedia, but during check in was asked what type of room I wanted and how many people would be staying. Clearly my reservation has that, and no other hotel has ever asked what room or how many are staying. We had a two night stay, and on the day after we checked in three people (two men and a woman) were in my room supposedly doing "room service." Nice touch,...

“Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean room is always a pleasure.”

“I chose this hotel because I had been on the road for quite a few hours and I wanted to sit at a bar and have a drink. The very first photo of their hotel is their bar and that’s why I chose it. Nothing on Expedia said anything about the hotel being under construction and unfortunately, there was no bar to sit at. I didn’t mind the dust so much but again it wasn’t listed that it was under construction. I believe it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel once its all done though.”

“Overall the stay was good. So first the staff was great. What I didn’t like was the property maintenance of the entrance and outside in general. I don’t know what’s going on with the spiders and insect problem at the front entrance, etc. but there was a ton of something going like sacs and creepy looking things from some kind of insect. It freaked out my wife. Another thing I completely hated paying for parking separately that should be included with the cost of the room! Overall, the day was OK...

“Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.”

“The only complaint I have is that the bar and restaurant area is way too small and there is nothing else close as an alternative.”

“This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“Yelling and partying heard throughout night. Night manager says coming from outside property. Other than that, it’s very clean felt safe ”

“It was easy check-in was just saying for work for an overnight stay I ordered to go food and they had disposable silverware downstairs clean staff was nice. I would recommend.”

“During check in the reception Carla check us with ease and she was very friendly all the time I was there the staff are wonderful… We booked in at this hotel for 4 days for a graduation ceremony and my staying was peaceful.. Complementary breakfast was great. The lady philippine that works there was very friendly and kind… I recommend this hotel”

“This place is not valued as 8 out of 10. It's old, it smells funny and the toilet bowl looks unclean. The young lady who booked me into the hotel is very professional, competent and empathetic. I wish her well in her future as she seem to have a bright future ahead.”

“Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet.
