Cottage a Cosby

“The rental management company that handles the house is very helpful and responsive. We did have a couple things pop up, which I was able to text them and they had a very quick response time. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners - not the rental management company's fault - the drain was clogged due to it being so hot and humid. When I reached out, they responded by sending someone out within 45 minutes. The technicians were very polite, fixed the issue quickly and confirmed...

“Wonderful! We really appreciate the ease of checking in and out, the kindness of the host, and the house was very cozy! Appreciate the box fans in each bedroom!”

“Very nice and well located to the area! Full amenties and good pet accomodation! Thank you!”

“We enjoyed so much during our stay and my kids love the place every think this place is nice and clean only one think kitchen stove the stove too slow to heat to cook something and stove kind little dirty smell burn when we try to heat up the stove .but it only for some people that don’t went to go out eat to restaurant instead cook by themself during they stay”

“Everything was good. Beds and house were neat and clean. I know the property was older and reasonable for the price. The only issue was the smell that I couldn’t quite adjust too. Somewhat of a smoke smell from the fireplace and a musty mold type smell from the age or dampness, I’m guessing? I could smell it on my clothes after leaving. Overall it was nice and the location was very good.”

“Great stay. Parking lot getting to cabins, not the most appealing to the eye, but cabin itself and staff were great!”

“Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....

“This was such an amazing family vacation. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. Our boys, who are older, absolutely loved staying in the whiskey house by themselves. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the location. We saw three bears within an hour of being there. We got to see a bobcat on our second day. The house was located super close to a grocery store and everything in Gatlinburg. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable! I will definitely be back to stay at...

“Amazing Cabin. Very clean, quiet and beautiful. The TVs were preloaded with some accessible apps. The views were amazing and the hot tub was great. My family had a great time. The drive up was a little steep and the driveway is somewhat awkwardly shaped. The hosts ask guests to strip beds, run the dishwasher, take out the trash and adjust the thermostat. The one thing that I was less than impressed was the presence of a tip envelope. I’m not sure if the owners know this is placed in the...
