L'accès et la préparation d'Alla Roccia était parfait. Un accueil soigné avec son plateau de produits. Nous avons pu disposer d'un très bon niveau de confort en terme d'équipements et de prestations. “Die fast 200 Jahre alte Villa bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und Kunstliebe eingerichtet, perfekte Küchenausstattung und wunderbarer Empfang durch Valentino. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist von allen Zimmern unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Man kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Our family was fortunate enough to rent Villa Olivia in Meina for most of August. The villa was extraordinary, perched on a hill overlooking Lago Maggiore. We only have wonderful things to say about the home, from the impeccable accommodations, warm pool (heated), sauna and lots of room to enjoy the days and evenings as a family. The owner, Sara, was quick to respond to every need and went out of her way to make suggestions for sightseeing, trips to the mountains and finding the best beaches....

“Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage. Von dort aus kann man sehr viel erkunden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Nespresso und alles an Geschirr/ Besteck was man benötigt wird. Wünschenswert wäre es jedoch, wenn die Räume alle beheizt wären. Gerade Kinderzimmer, Dusche und Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung.”

Luca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile rispetto a qualunque esigenza premurandosi che andasse tutto bene e che non ci fossero problemi. Il paesaggio è meraviglioso e la zona è fornita di servizi primari a poca distanza. È stato un soggiorno fantastico! È l'ideale per passare una vacanza rilassante in compagnia di familiari e amici, i passatempi all'interno della casa non mancano! Speriamo di poterci ritornare! ”

All’accoglienza la spiegazione sui vari luoghi circostanti e ristoranti è stata semplicemente perfetta. Sicuramente la parte migliore della casa si trova al primo piano con il soggiorno vista lago che toglie il fiato; dal soggiorno si raggiunge il balcone con una vista magnifica sul lago e le montagne circostanti. “Grande maison, spacieuse, située dans un quartier calme. Le jardin est très agréable. Les propriétaires ne parlent qu'italien, la communication était un peu difficile mais on y est arrivé ! Il manque quelques équipements: une machine à café, un barbecue, un petit couteau pour préparer les légumes... Mais sinon rien à dire ! Nous recommandons cette location”

“Très belle maison, très confortable notamment les chambres avec leur salle de bain personnelle et leur climatisation. La grande pièce principale nous a accueilli à 10 sans problème pour les repas. L’emplacement est intéressant, proche de l’autoroute, des commerces et surtout d’une plage bien agréable du lac Majeur (10 minutes à pied) Seul bémol, la plupart des chambres donnent sur la rue et sont bruyantes la nuit Cristina est très réactive. Son accueil a été parfait.”

“A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Vermietung unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. Das Haus liess nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, es gibt genügend gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. “House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. “Das Haus war neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und den 3 Balkonen. Der Straßenlärm war aber ziemlich unerträglich. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit (wurde im Inserat aber behauptet). Wir mussten 500 m entfernt auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken und konnten nur in aller Eile kurz ausladen. “Logement propre et agréable. Il faut impérativement avoir une voiture pour aller en ville depuis l'hôtel si on ne veut pas marcher en bord de route. Le supermarché en face permet d'éviter d'avoir à aller en ville pour faire les courses, cela est pratique. Séjour agréable dans un hotel avec tout le nécessaire. ”
