“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”

“The location, parking and cleaniness of apartment was lovely. However on our first evening had a shower and water warm, my daughter had one after and water cold. My wife couldnt have a shower as water too cold, also no warm water to have wash in the bathroom sink. Also could not wash dishes as no hot water in kichen sink. “Excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We both had the venison which was delicious. Plenty of choice for breakfast including Eggs Royale. Helpful friendly staff. Parking free and easy. Quiet at night despite being between 2 main roads! Nice 30mins walk into Stow. Only downside was the room was quite small for the price.”
