“Staff was warm and engaging. Wanted us to have a good experience. Room was spotless, with fresh milk in the fridge for our coffee. The restaurant on site was delicious. The main course we had was 5 Start. Location- could not be beat.”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”

“Propert has lots of character - room was clean and well appointed. Wifi enabled shower was an intriguing and quite baffling surprise. Dinner and breakfast at the Sheep were excellent - although neither was included in the hotel rate. Very pleased with the stay here.”

“The apartment was immaculate and really well appointed. It has everything you need for a short stay including coat hooks, which are so often missing in a hotel room! The apartment was ideally situated for the town with free parking. It has a noisy aircon/heating system which I tried and failed to turn off-otherwise perfect! ”
