Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and...

Outside a bit sketchy, hanging wires, lumber. Room was on second floor. Appears that first floor rooms may have permanent tenants. ”
