“Exceeded our expectations”

“Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. ”

“I guess they thrive on the low ratings, so I'll give them a high rating even though I lost everything by staying there. I guess I'll recover, eventually. The people who run it are nice, though, and probably feel bad about what I've suffered there. It was my choice to go there, though, so who can I blame but myself?”

“Il nostro appartamento era perfetto. Nel cuore di Downtown, al 49esimo piano, vista meravigliosa. L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. Praticamente non c'è reception e non c'è personale, per cui, non avendo grande padronanza dell'...

“Very nice, very clean hotel and very convenient if you visit the Reunion tower for dinner or a drink. The room service is good. And the dinner I ordered through room services was impressively delicious. (lamb shops). They have a car rental service right in the lobby which was great since Dallas is huge and you need a car if you really want to know and you don't walk much.”

“This unit is extremely spacious. Clean and minimal but very beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows that catch a lovely sunset and sunrise. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. Will return again.”
