“Housekeeping did a great job. All the staff were friendly. Continental breakfast options were great.”

“I was stuck in lift for 20 mins then room phone was ringing in the middle of the night caused disturbance ,overall it’s good stay”

“No soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk, and they told us they don't provide soap and asked us to use body wash as hand soap instead.”

“Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.”

“Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.”

“Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.”

“We enjoyed our stay other than the smallest claustrophobic bathroom and the half shower door that was useless that let shower water drain all over the bathroom floor!!!”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“Great location. Nice quiet room. The bed are comfortable. Close to the interstate. Pool was closed for storage while remodeling the rooms on one end. We will be back to stay again.”

“Clean room. The A/C does not keep up. I called asking if it would cool down. She said when it's above 90 outside, the a/c simply just can't keep up. We had it set as low as we could and the room wouldn't get cooler than 75. The woman who checked us in didn't make much eye contact, spoke so quietly and mumbled. Also, she didn't seem to know much. I asked when the pool closed and she said "I don't know, 8 or 9." It turns out its open until 10. I do like the layout of the hotel. It's unfortunate...
