“Very friendly team and good food. Room was extremely tired and shabby and although one has to understand surge pricing applied at the time of Cheltenham Races, the standard of the room could not possibly justify the price. ”

“A shame breakfast not cooked to order. Impressive dining room, just avoid tables on a through- route. Well staffed all great at up-selling. Had a room in the main house which had difficult access to the bathroom, especially at night. (Three narrow steps up). Check in/put very smooth. Comfortable lounge areas”

“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
