We were extremely upset to be told that the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool featured prominently in photos would cost us an extra $500 per day to use and we would have to take a shuttle bus to another pool half a mile away! “This location was nice, especially for the price but there were a couple things that would have made it better but that's ANY hotel/motel you stay at. I loved the pool and the breakfast was decent but there were no protein options, more continental but that's ok too because I am not complaining about free food and coffee!! We wiill stay here again!”

“Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“I would consider this to be a minimalist hotel style. Austerity is the key word. The king bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. The view from our hotel was exceptional. Paying $4 for a cafe americano that was tepid with no refill is ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to get served, and 45 minutes to finally get the attention of the waiter to pay the bill. The car jockeys were great at their job as was the front desk staff. I’d recommend the hotel for location and view, but not the wait staff in...
