“The room was decent, felt smaller than the photos. Although the room advertised on the website a shower and tub combo it was only a shower. The ac worked perfectly and the staff was excellent. The view was nice. There was also a hidden $10 parking fee per night that wasn't mentioned when I called prior to booking. The breakfast was nothing impressive but it was free.”

“The pool is not heated and was full of floating leaves but that wasn't a huge problem. With the economy as it is, I go for lower price rooms. You get what you pay for - the room has some flaws but I'm not that picky. It was clean and that's all I need. Staff was friendly. Parking easy and close. Breakfast good.”

“Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

One of the biggest frustrations was the television system, which did not allow us to stream programs from our devices, making it difficult to relax and enjoy entertainment during our stay. Additionally, the shower pressure was extremely low, turning what should have been a refreshing experience into an inconvenience. Basic amenities and comfort are important when traveling, and this fell short of...

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”
