“This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment I walked in. There were bugs in the room, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The bed and bedding had visible stains that made it obvious they had not been properly cleaned or changed. “My room had stains on the sheets, pubic hair in the shower, microwave didn't work, pool was shut down, and breakfast had a lot to be desired.”

“Room layout was beautiful BUT was repulsive and had been heavily sprayed and I had difficulty breathing on entering. Large puddle wet yellow urine beside bed had been walked through by maids and us thereby entire carpet and tile floors wet. My shoes stuck to the tile floor and after removing my shoes to get ready for bed my socks were soaked and I had to put them on the heater to dry overnight.
