“This is a different style Motel. There is no staff around for a prompt assistance. This is very cost effective, but if things get out of hand, it becomes an issue. “The staff was rude and told me she wasn’t even sure they had availability even though my room was booked and paid for. She didn’t even check my booking at that time . The room was missing the blankets and towels and there was no cooking utensils like advertised on the website when I booked the room. Night staff was nice and was able to bring us the blankets and towels. I’ve stayed at stay America many times before in different locations and never experienced this . So I was extremely...

“The staff was outstanding all very appreciative and attentive but the building and rooms however are old and tired looking, not maintained and definitely in need of repair. The refrigerator made odd noises, the bathroom light/fan when it came on was clicking, the toilet did not flush all the way and my room was kind of smelly.
