“The hotel is in a great location and seem to be quite nice. The front desk staff were pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Train your front desk like you do your restaurant staff.”

“The kiddy pool was freezing cold and the amount of chemicals in the air was suffocating. I had to leave before nightime because the chemicals used in the rooms was too much for us to handle and there was no wait to ventilate the room. In addition, there was broken fixtures in the room itself, including one of the panels in the bathroom vanity that kept falling off. At one point I did step on it and a nail punctured my foot. We had children with us. We turned on the air conditioning but it didn't...

“Check-in was inefficient; there was a line up of guests & only one staff — same experience at check-out. Very frustrating. While the hotel is relatively new, our room had a broken sink faucet, towels were clean except had human hair on them. Otherwise the room was satisfactory for the price. The continental breakfast was fine.”

“I will not prefer this property again. They have allotted me the room which was in the Ground Floor and next to the reception. Asked them to give me any other room but they were very stubborn and told that entire property is fully booked. Pathetic behavior. Will never recommend to any one .”
