“Decent place for a very quick stay.”

“The property was clean and staff was friendly. With that being said, I selected a non hearing impaired room but was put in one next to the interstate. Not only is the traffic keep us up all night, the room next to us was playing loud music and banging around. There was a party upstairs knocking over stuff and the bed was so worn out to keep from falling in the floor I had to lay sideways! The staff didn’t ask how the stay was in the morning, had to ask for a receipt myself.”

“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. “I had booked this hotel because it advertised having a fitness facility. Also for location. When attempting to get off I75 at the right exit I discovered the exit closed and had to tack on 10 mins to my very long drive I felt the hotel staff, knowing that exit was closed due to construction, could have sent a notification to anyone arriving during that closure to save the hassle of driving further north and having to come back south to get to the hotel. “The stay was good but the phone didn't work, and the A.C. was broken and it was hot!”

“The room was awful. It appeared to have been flooded, but they didn’t replace the wood laminate flooring which was swollen and popping up and still damp. The room stunk.”
