“What a great find .. great location . Staff amazing go above and beyond. As many places these days all needs a bit of upgrade to building and rooms BUT the comfort especially the beds !! And the friendly hard working staff more than make up for it ..we felt relaxed, welcome and valued . Especially our not so well dog skye who was truly spoilt ... This is not the first time we have stayed at a Greenking pub amd hope as a company you reward your staff .. they are amaxing .... We will be back...

“The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”

Unico difetto è stato il check in lento e una strana procedura per cui ti addebitano 20 sterline all’arrivo sulla tua carta di credito nel caso consumassi qualcosa (ma in realtà non c’è nemmeno il minibar). Poi con un’altra strana procedura te le riaddebitano al check out ma non ti danno una ricevuta del riaddebito. ”

“Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you!”
