“Was in town for a family event and traveling with other family as well who also stayed. My first room, we had those little white flies coming through the vent in the living room area and our toilet wasn’t keeping enough water to flush so we requested a room change. The staff was very accommodating and switched our room which had no issues. My only complaint is when booking, we weren’t notified of renovations going on.
