“Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Bedding was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Room carpet was not clean. There was a lot of dust on things. There was a hair on the phone that didn’t work. TV also didn’t work. I called for maintenance and no one came.”

“Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“My family stayed here this week because our air conditioning went out at home. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and my son loved the breakfast! Highly recommend.”

“The hotel is off the highway which upon booking doesn’t really describe the location. The staff was ok. The property from the outside looks decent only because they probably remodelled the hotel. Otherwise, the floors and carpet in the lobby not clean. The elevators were old. The rooms are dated and the carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained. The bathroom was not clean at all from the sink being rusted and mold around the corners on the floor.”

“The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. Expedia kept calling me several times probably 12 times total. and two times at 12:30 in the morning, after I was in the room and asleep. The person I got...

“The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was fantastic and ideal for our stay. The room however could use help. First the bed spread needed to be retired. It had small holes and runs in it. The bathroom was a great size, but the towel racks kept pulling out of the wall. Overall for just the one night, it wasn't horrible but does need some updates.”

“Place was clean . The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. It was a very basic breakfast but it was really good. The shower had bad water pressure. Other than that, it was nice. It was on a good location .”
