“Clean room, helpful staff. No issue with stay. However room design is strange as the lavatory/sink is right by the door making it awkward to answer the door or leave if someone was using the sink/mirror. That is a design flaw and not the fault of the staff. ”

“La habitación fue muy comoda, amplia y muy bonita. Todo estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, el área disponible para tomar el desayuno es muy bonita.Teniamos desayuno incluido y realmente todo se veia muy delicioso y contaba con varias opciones. ”

“No the initial housekeeper was not good. Did not fold extra blanket used for 2 nights. Did not replace toiletries. Did not provide towel for kitchen or refill coffee pods! Once Rosita showed up to do the room; all was well! ”

“The executive king suite exceeded our expectations. The only down fall was there weren't any pillows for the pull out couch and when I requested them, I was told they didn't have any. Also, the pull out sofa wasn't made. I found a flat sheet in the closet and made the pull out sofa. A fitted sheet should have been supplied not a flat sheet. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10 am and it was being shut down at 9:35. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded what we expected. Where can I buy some of...
