I checked in at approximately 4:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 PM the same day because I found the room unacceptable and unsuitable for an overnight stay. “i reserved my room to Expedia and when I got there the room they gave us the TV didn't work so she gave us another room and it smells straight like cat piss the second and the third room did too she informed us to everybody is going to have to take that one or leave. I called Expedia complained and I guess they called her and in the morning time and let 10:55 she called to check out with 11 and if we didn't weren't gone by 11:05 she's calling the police. “Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. But then the room reeked of cigarettes to which I must be allergic to bc it immediately triggers a headache. Mr. Jeff was very accommodating & profusely gave his apologies & upgraded us.
