“The Pridwin is a beautiful property with a stunning view and old New England, Americana historic vibe. It is a quintessential experience if you want to have quiet yet convenience to both the north and south forks. The ferry is quick and the island is beautiful and quiet if you go during off season. Lovely long weekend trip for me and my husband. Highly recommend. ”

“Bill, our host was always available, and happy to give us helpful advice about restaurants and things to do in the area. A really nice guy.The house is in a picture card location on a beautiful creek, yet within a 5 minute scenic walk into the village, or to the waterfront town. Will certainly be back.”

“I’ve been traveling my entire adult life. From hostels to high rises and everything in between. My experience at ARATB was bar none the best hospitality I’ve ever received. “What a wonderful place to stay! The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved how close it was to town. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The Palm restaurant downstairs was nice to have on property and the food was great. We will definitely stay again!”

“I loved The Mill House Inn! Kenny, the general manager was so amazing! He was so kind and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! He is a gem! I got a free upgrade as it was a slow weekend in early spring. My room was large and amazing and so comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit! Thank you Kenny!🙏”

“Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area. ”
