“Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. “Parking safe and easy”

“We were pleased with it stay and only found a few things that were not so good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken. We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area.”

“The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.”

I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”

“First time staying at a hotel in the Akron area and this was not bad at all. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat, just watch out cause traffic is heavy on the main drag, route 18. Was offered a choice of room location so I chose upstairs so I wouldn't have to hear thumping on the floor above me if I chose the ground floor. It was a bit noisy at first cause of people visiting others who where staying at the hotel, but by the time I went to sleep it was nice and quiet. They do offer...

“The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner.
