“Never got room cleaned ”

“The bathtub, toilet, and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly and they were dog hair all over the couch. Also, I experienced a very unpleasant stay due to excessive noise coming from the room next door. The noise started around 8:00 PM and continued throughout the entire night until about 5:30 AM. Because of this constant disturbance, I was unable to get any sleep at all. It became so disruptive that I had no choice but to check out early at around 5:30 AM. I hope the management can address...

“The room and overall property were very clean, and day staff were excellent! My only complaint is that room cleaning did not take care of our towels, and when I went to the night ladies’s desk she did not immediately fix the issue and requested I bring down our dirty towels to replace them. Which is fine, but she was not very friendly overall. So outside of lack of room cleaning and the night crew I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Parking was easy. Heater worked good. Water was hot. Bed and floors were clean. Room looked like someone had a tantrum and did a lot of damage to the room. Breakfast was really sad. Coffee was not good. Water with some kind of flavoring was nasty. The other stuff to eat was just not good. But I know “you get what you pay for”. The price was cheap enough. I should have known. But we got a decent rest on a clean bed along with a hot shower. Toilet leaked. ”

“Mold on ceiling in bathroom, paint flaking off ceiling from the black mold. Cigarette burns on the pillow cases, floors not clean. Dirty hand towels and bath towels. Sink counter tilted falling downward. ”

“Property is great as long as you don’t arrive 45 minutes early. They charge a $15 extra charge for early check in. I had traveled 6.5 hrs going from Eastern time to central time. Traffic was forgiving but this best western wasn’t. Make sure you aren’t early unless you want to pay additional for your room”

“Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and most importantly the bed was comfortable. ”

“The room condition was good - the next door room was the electric room and the transformer buzz was not good. Also the WiFi was not compatible with access to the Internet though we could access the router and modem.”

“This was a different hotel experience than expected, but not in a bad way. We arrived unfamiliar with the check-in procedures, or even which door to enter for the hotel. We found our way into the hotel restaurant and a gracious employee took us around to the desk where we got our key. Our room in this 1920's vibe hotel was #3.
