“We loved our stay at this home! We were greeted by snacks and sparkling cider, which we loved! Along with a welcome note. The house is very cozy, like a cabin. The backyard is beautiful. It’s very close to a park and areas for fishing. It’s a great location for getting around town. We were very comfortable during our stay and really enjoyed our time at this house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful trip! ”

The property was beautiful and the owners were quick to respond everytime I reached out and very accommodating of a last minute need to have my bridesmaids over to do thier hair due to the hair stylist cancelling last minute! Will absolutely recommend this property 10/10”

“This wonderful little place is near the U of O. The location has easy access to major thoroughfares so it is easy to get around. It is easy to tell that a lot of work has gone in to the updates to the home, making it feel very comfortable and friendly. We happened to be in town for a funeral. The property manager obviously had a lot going on and it would have been convenient to cancel the listing, but due to our situation, the property manager made it work - taking a huge load off our worries...

“This is a cute updated apartment. Well Stocked kitchen including a Toaster and Kerig coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee and use the refillable kerig container. No cooking ingredients supplied. Beds in large bedroom comfortable. Bed in single room very firm. We had to turn up the heat and leave the bedroom doors open as the main heater is in the living room. “What a great rental. The home is on a quiet street close to a nice food cart pod and the Friendly Market. We were very pleased. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and cozy living room. One bedroom has a queen and the other has a king. There is a futon in the living room making this a rental for as many as 5. We will definitely look to rent this home again during our next trip to Eugene. ”

“We had a great experience here! It is about 6 minutes from everything and you had everything you needed inside the house. Loved that there was enough parking for 2-3 cars and that the kitchen was well stocked. Everything inside is updated and clean. Highly recommend! ”
