“Hotel was Excellent, just wont be booking through Expedia again, due to a £60 booking fee and refusing to give me a VAT receipt.”

“Was our 3rd or 4th time staying. Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large. Bar food was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely. Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame. Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm.”

“Poco prima delle dieci arriviamo in auto all'hotel: un po' più tardi di quando avremmo voluto, perchè l'indirizzo diceva Manchester road, bolton : e noi siamo andati a bolton in manchester road. Non c'era nessun hotel georgian house, perchè in realta è in manchester blackrod, circa 10 km fuori bolton. Comunque molto prima della mezzanotte, quindi largamente in tempo per fare il check in. secondo quando comunicato alla prenotazione. Non c'è posto! Increduli insistiamo, ma non c'è nulla da fare....

“We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. I cannot complain. it was still extremely cheap even if manchester was full of tourists for the oasis concerts! it was a nice short stay for us ”
