Hotel a Crocker

“We booked and pre-paid for 2 nights cause we came for the Ft Leonard Wood Army graduation. The clerk at the desk was excellent. You couldn’t ask for a nicer and helpful person. She got us checked in within 5 minutes. Found out the hotel is an old Motel 6 that has been there for 30 plus years and remodeled. The beds were comfortable along with the soft pillows. Bathroom was good and the shower was brand new. Did notice stains around the toilet. We turned the AC on and the air smelled stale....

“Did not stay when we turned the cover and found roaches. Entry way couch looked and smelled like someone slept on it with their pets. Not a clean place. I will tell people to stay away unless you want to take home their insects.”

“Second time staying here since March. Although the building is older, the rooms are updated and impeccably clean! We used the pool for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very nice. Encore Lakeside Grill on the property has very good food, great service and beautiful view!”

“We stayed overnight after a long drive from Florida, the room served its purpose it was clean and quiet, a little outdated but didnt bother me enough to change a 5 star rating. Front desk man was really nice and helpful plus it was super affordable given the last minute reservation.”

“Amazing room”

“We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast.”

“When we first arrived the experience with the front desk was very helpful. But once we got into our room it was a whole different experience. We had a lot of black short hairs in the bed between the top cover and mattress cover. Then went to use the hideaway bed and the couch had a used cereal bowl in it. With No sheets or anything to use the mattress with. Went to use the bathroom and there was fruit loop cereal along with a dirty washcloth shoved behind the bathroom door. The hallway had...
