“We found this home and decided to meet in Kentucky this year. For the last 32 years we've been meeting in Tennessee - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area. Very clean home with good accomodations. If you bring all your food, drink, etc. you do not have to leave if you don't want to. Homeowner was very accomodating emailed code and time we could check in home. Thank you!”

“Beautiful and spacious cabin which included many amenities. If your concerned about climbing many stairs to the covered boat dock, don’t be. The boat dock is only approximately 100’ from the cabin. The nearest boat ramp is maybe 5 minutes away and the ramp can be seen from the cabin. Many good restaurants in the area along with some great antique stores. Nashville is only an hour and a half away as well!”

“A beautiful park with 18-hole disc golf course, two stocked lakes for fishing, a swimming pool, a 1.25-mile walking trail, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with meeting room, shaded picnic areas, and a miniature golf course is right out your front door but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and polite. There were treats left for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer there to freshen my clothes. I would recommended...

“I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!”

“The property was great except the trail to the water is more steep than the pics showed. That said, our family had a great week. It was very relaxing since the road ended at the house. There was some kitchen utensiles that could be provided that are not there. Nothing major just nice to have things. Trash bags were a problem but we bought a box and left them in the house. We also bought three pyrex bowls and left them on top of the fridge. The kayak's were great and we enjoyed them. The fire pit...

“Amazing views from property of Lake Malone, nice pier to fish from or just sit back and relax, tucked away from main streets to very little noise. Inside we enjoyed a lot of time playing pool, outdoor golf putting and we brought our own corn hole set and played that! We rented a pontoon boat from Shady Oaks Resort Marina and cruised a half a day around Lake Malone and fished! I would totally recommend that as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home!”

Nothing that bothered our stay but just wanted to fyi so we would not get blamed. House seemed clean but did notice lots of dust on the bunk beds. We also had found millapeads in 2 showers.
