“Unbelievable, but I had to argue to get room cleaning after three nights. She repeated to refused to do it or communicate with the management. I had never had such an experience with any hotel anywhere in the world. La Quinta is generally good, but this La Quinta was different.”

“Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.”
