“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

“The staff was not up to the mark the behaviour was kind of rude ”

“The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of.”

“The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. ”

“This property is wildly misrepresented. The photos and listing on Expedia are misleading at best. The hotel was hard to access, the sheets and towels were visibly dirty, and there was no soap provided in the room. Worst of all, the pillows were covered in black mold—a serious health hazard that should warrant immediate closure. The Wi-Fi barely functioned, and the overall condition of the hotel suggests complete disregard for cleanliness or guest safety. This is not a 3-star experience by any...
