“In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“We had a good time at the Residence Inn, employees were very kind and ready to help out, even early (very early) in the morning. Place was really clean above average and room really comfortable.”

“Everything was wonderful. We got to the hotel at 3:30 (check in was supposed to be at 3) The staff was so amazing trying to comfort us while waiting. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our entire party. Our rooms weren't ready until almost 5pm but your staff bought us pizza and we just relaxed in your breakfast area watching tv. The rooms were very clean. This message is most certainly not meant in a negative way. Your staff (I wish I could remember his name) was just so amazing. Chatted with us...
