“The front desk staff was extremely friendly when we check-in. The staff member recognized we had a teenager and suggested a room with bedroom doors. We accepted the upgrade that was offered. The room was an apartment type with a full kitchen. The cleaning staff was very friendly, polite and ensured we had clean towels and trash removed. Our stay was above our expectations. We will stay there again.”

“The room was very clean and cold. The staff was very nice and helpful. The television didn't work in my room, and a maintenance man just happened to be in the room next door. I asked if he could look at it. He checked it and fixed it within minutes. The breakfast was great, and the morning restaurant staff were super nice.”

“Clean room, sofa beds inconsistent in different rooms. Pool leaves much to be desired. Great breakfast!”

“Will NEVER stay there again. Asked to change rooms and said they would. We chose to leave to eat after waiting for 2 to 3 hours and they said they couldn't upon us getting back. Said they knocked on our door. Said they were full but we're not. They could have called us to come change rooms. The bathroom was terrible. There was sheetrock mud all in the tub and mold. Smelt like piss. Roaches crawling everywhere. Drunks outside. Apparently several people live there..I'm not judging anyone but they...

“The room was dirty, the bed had bugs crawling all over it and inside the pillow cases. Room smelled like it had mold.”

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
