“Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again.”

“Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep. Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help. Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough. Car park is also a great advantage.”

“Our room wasn t ready so after 45 mins we were given a different room but a double not the singles I requested When went for breakfast there was confusion as they didn't t have us on the list.Sorted eventually We stayed 2 nights but for some reason the housekeeper didn't t clean or leave clean towels extra the 2nd day I told reception who gave me more tea coffee milk but no apology or explanation for the housekeeper not servicing our room Dissapointing”

“Enjoyed our stay in a garden room. Although the gardens aren’t totally finished it’s nice to see the progress being made and on a sunny day it’s nice to have direct access. Fantastic meal in the kitchen restaurant. We had dined in prevost on previous occasions but the standard of dishes in the other restaurant was great. Friendly reception when we arrived. Breakfast is fantastic. If you are looking for a night or two to relax in a pretty and period setting then this hotel is recommended.”
