Hotel vicino a Crown Pointe Golf Club - Farmington

“Overall this is a fine hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was pretty clean and the property was accessible to the highway. Some observations: the drain was draining super slowly. This hotel is adjacent to a golf course so they are overrun by middle aged golfers who like to party once they are done for the day. They drink, smoke, and make plenty of noise. “The hotel was ok except that the hot water went out for the entire hotel for the duration of our stay. I'm fairly sure it wasn't working when we checked in, but we didn't find out until we took a shower the next morning. The staff never mentioned anything about it until we brought it up and didn't bother to keep us updated. We had to keep asking when it might be fixed. They refused to refund even a part of the room fee and were ignoring the request when I took the complaint to the corporate...

“Appreciated the outdoor pool after a hot day of hiking and outdoor activity. Also really appreciated that front desk staff immediately put me in a different but identical room after I walked into the first room, tried to close the shade and the cord totally broke. I was very comfortable, had all my needs met and the price was market value”
