Hotel vicino a Crystal Cave - Kutztown

“Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool...

Friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. And very, very quiet property. So happy I changed my travel plans. Beyond satisfied with Staybridge IHG West. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Located within 3min walking distance to a Cracker Barrel, a plus. Room size was exceptional, clean, and they use Dove bath products. ”

“System down. Digital key can’t be used. There was out of body gel in the bathroom. The coffee machine was not cleaned and a used capsule was in the machine.”
