“Place is just great to chill for a day or two .. owners are on property and for the price you pay you get a cool place. Are there some questionable ppl arround .. duhh its Orange Park. Let me known if you stay there and I point you in the right direction. Have fun !!! ”

“Room was clean, staff was very accommodating and friendly, they made my birthday feel very special it was nothing like the bad reviews. It was one of my favorite stays due to it being comfortable and close to many attractions and views. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for all you did.”

“Rooms need some attention. Mold in bathroom. Toilet is very wobbly not attached to the floor. Bed wasn’t bad but new mattresses (no springs) would be better. We had 2 stays in a week different rooms same issues. one of the rooms we discovered live roaches the last night and we discovered many dead ones around the fridge cubbie. Staff was so nice! I might try it again but not soon.”
