Hotel a Cuba City

“One of the nicest place I hv stayed! Most imp property is sparklingly clean. Staff and especially an old lady at the reception was extremely gracious. Whatever question we had.. She was happy to help!! Only thing I didn't like was the coffee and the breakfast..omg the coffee was absolutely tasteless”

“One of the selling points for picking this hotel was that it had a casino shuttle...if it's no longer available due to COVID then don't advertise it 4 years later”

“While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

“The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily.
