“The bedding was clean. Toilet had a lot of brown stains around the bottom. No soap or shampoo. Hallway needs some cleaning and up keep. Very minimal breakfast. Staff were poor quality NO POOL ( has been shut down since 2023)”

“Expectations should be limited to the activities available the zip line, alpine ride, other outside activities but the pool became unavailable on the second day of our stay and one of the reason for booking the facility was the pool. The restaurant view is great but isn’t very clean as flies kept on bugging while we ate our food.”

“I stayed for three nights. Was here for work I’m a nurse. I asked on check in what time was check out they said 11 am. I asked if they had a late check out ( I work overnight) they said noon. I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep.
